## What we process
Data you send through site forms (quote, contact, jobs, newsletter, B2B registration): identity, company, tax number when given, contact details and the request itself. We use it to reply, prepare quotes and, if you register, to manage the customer account.
Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) or consent (newsletter / privacy checkbox).
## Retention and sharing
We keep data as long as needed for the request and legal duties. We do not sell lists. Hosting and email providers may process data for us.
We did not migrate Drupal form submissions.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion or objection via the contacts page, and you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
